Just Trademark It is an independent trademark application service. We are not the UK Intellectual Property Office (UK IPO) or any government body, and we are not affiliated with them.

Our team are not registered trade mark attorneys and we do not provide legal advice. Our Trademark Check™ is a preliminary screening tool and is not a full clearance search.

We cannot guarantee that any application will be accepted or registered. Only the UK IPO decides whether to register a trademark, and third parties may oppose an application.

Our service fee and the official UK IPO fees are shown and charged separately. Official fees are passed through to the UK IPO when your application is filed.

Nothing is filed with the UK IPO until a person on our team has reviewed your application and you have authorised it.

Refunds: if we decide not to proceed before filing, we refund your payment in full. Once an application has been filed, official fees are not refundable by the UK IPO.
