We collect the information you give us to prepare and manage your trademark application: your brand, a description of your business, ownership and contact details, and payment confirmation (card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us).

Your business description may be processed by an AI model provider to suggest goods and services. Every suggestion is checked by our software and reviewed by a person before filing.

The owner's name and address are published on the public UK trademark register once an application is filed.

We keep an audit trail of your answers, confirmations and our review so we can show how your application was prepared.
